IAC Goes Vertical

Ask.com parent IAC is going vertical. This is in answer to a 2 million net loss for 2008($1.08 loss per share). For Q4 2008, IAC reported $227.4 million in net income, or $1.57 per share. Ask.com, Other IAC Branches Going Solo…

IAC is splitting off its various business arms to form five distinct companies.
