Google has finally released the integrated way to use your Webmaster Tools!
There is limited functionality, but more features are expected to be added soon.
The capabilities now available include:
- Retrieve a list of your sites in Webmaster Tools
- Add your sites to Webmaster Tools
- Verify your sites in Webmaster Tools
- Remove your sites from Webmaster Tools
- Retrieve a list of your submitted Sitemaps
- Add Sitemaps to Webmaster Tools
- Remove Sitemaps from Webmaster Tools
You will need to have an authentication token for your client. Single-user desktop applications should use the ClientLogin system, while multi-user web apps should use the AuthSub system.
This integration is expected to see quite a bit of use over the coming months!
