Google has combined its local business listings with Street View inside of Google Maps. I used this the other day to show hubby exactly what landmarks to look for when searching for a biz in another state. How cool is that!
Now when you go looking for businesses in Google Maps, a new Street View link appears (when possible) as one of the link options. For example, if I search for an individual business, something like this will show up:

When you click on the link, you will be taken into Street View. TheĀ business you searched for will be visibly identified in its neighborhood with the red marker. You can go on to access other information and links about the business, and if other businesses from your search results are close enough you can also see the red pin marker for those businesses within the Street View map.
It was a snap to be able to virtually stand in the middle of the street and tell my husband ‘It’s right across the street from the Dairy Queen, beside the car dealership.’ Street view has incredible opportunities for those seeking to enhance their business listing.
